Job Description

Schedule Day Shift:
Sunday-Tuesday, every other Wednesday, 6:00 AM-6:00PM Night Shift:
Thursday-Saturday, every other Wednesday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM Position Summary The Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate takes pride in preventing failures, not just repairing them. Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair plastics manufacturing and packaging equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery, industrial automation systems, and machine controls
- Troubleshoot and repair printing equipment and associated control systems
- Perform preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Execute predictive maintenance tasks and identify opportunities to prevent failures before they occur
- Repair and maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, compressors, drives, and auxiliary equipment
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement
