In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring pools are clean, well-maintained, and functioning optimally. Responsibilities Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning to ensure optimal water quality and safety. Conduct thorough pool cleaning tasks such as skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing surfaces, and maintaining filters. Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators; perform repairs or coordinate repairs with service technicians as needed. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out maintenance and repair tasks on pool systems and related equipment. Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, chemical levels, and maintenance schedules to ensure compliance and quality standards. Respond promptly to service calls for pool issues, providing professional solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance activities to ensure a secure working environment. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues with pool equipment and systems. Experience with equipment repair, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on pools. Proficiency in pool maintenance procedures including chemical balancing, water testing, and cleaning techniques. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools necessary for equipment repairs and routine maintenance tasks. Prior experience as a service technician or in a related maintenance role is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills to manage multiple service appointments efficiently. Ability to work independently while adhering to safety standards and company policies.
