response services such as large area disinfecting, and other jobs like carpet cleaning services, hard floor care services, power washing sidewalks and concrete, providing construction cleanup services, and other jobs that fall outside of a typical building janitorial contract but keep a building clean. Duties | Responsibilities Provide carpet cleaning services utilizing methods such as Encapsulation, Extraction, Bonneting, etc. Provide floor care/maintenance on surfaces that include but are not limited to: Utilize care/maintenance methods. Additional project work including glass cleaning, construction cleanup, hight dusting Skill Set / Qualifications Previous janitorial experience with emphasis on carpet/floor maintenance preferred Dedication to providing premier janitorial services in a professional and consistent manner at all times Able to work in a fast paced environment with established priorities, work independently and accomplish objectives with minimal supervision - all while maintaining attention to detail Exhibit a team-player approach to all services/projects Requirements We will train you on all techniques, equipment, and methods! Providing the opportunity for advancement into a Journeyman, Foreman role.
