In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning swimming pools to ensure they are safe, functional, and visually appealing. Responsibilities Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment inspection to ensure optimal pool conditions. Conduct thorough pool cleaning tasks such as skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing surfaces, and cleaning filters. Identify mechanical issues promptly and coordinate with specialists for complex repairs. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical levels, and repairs performed on each pool. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance procedures to protect yourself and clients. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various pool equipment. Experience with pool maintenance tasks such as chemical balancing, water testing, and cleaning. Desired proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for repairs and installations. Knowledge of pool systems including pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and related components. 5+ yrs service technician experience preferred; ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement solutions efficiently. Excellent attention to detail to ensure pools meet safety standards and aesthetic expectations.
