Join Our Elite Team - Pool Service Technician Wanted. Copper Crown Pools, LLC is looking for a motivated, reliable Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working outdoors, and want to be part of a high-quality, professional operation — we want to hear from you.
What We're Looking For:
Self-starter with strong work ethic Highly motivated and dependable Ability to work in high temperatures and outdoor conditions Detail-oriented with pride in producing quality work Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn Positive attitude and professional communication with customers Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required) Must be insurable under company vehicle insurance policy
Experience:
Pool service or repair experience is a plus, but not required Willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and coachable
Responsibilities:
Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance Test and balance water chemistry Inspect equipment and identify issues Maintain clean, organized service routes Deliver top-tier customer service
