Responsibilities Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, skimming, vacuuming, and brushing to keep pools in optimal condition Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems to identify issues and execute repairs using hand tools and power tools Balance water chemistry by handling chemical agents safely to maintain proper pH levels, sanitizer levels, and overall water quality Conduct water treatment chemical handling with strict adherence to safety protocols and industry standards Maintain detailed service records, logs of inspections, repairs, chemical treatments, and maintenance activities Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment and supplies between job sites while adhering to all traffic laws Communicate effectively with clients regarding pool conditions, maintenance procedures, and safety recommendations while providing excellent customer service Assist in the installation or upgrade of pool systems by applying mechanical knowledge of plumbing and electrical components Qualifications .
