We take pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and excellent customer service. We're looking for a dependable, experienced handyman who can work independently and represent our company well. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial handyman repairs Drywall patching and minor texture matching Interior and exterior painting Install and repair doors, trim, and hardware Basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, etc.) Basic electrical work (switches, outlets, light fixtures) Irrigation troubleshooting and repairs Fence and gate repairs Minor welding repairs Block wall repairs Tile, flooring, and minor carpentry work Pressure washing and property maintenance as needed Artificial turf install Landscape experience Lawn maintenance Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend solutions Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Communicate professionally with customers and staff Requirements Minimum 3 years of handyman or maintenance experience preferred Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs Ability to troubleshoot problems without constant supervision Tools and truck provided Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ pounds Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona weather and in tight spaces Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Excellent customer service and communication skills Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician with a strong background in electrical work, plumbing, HVAC system repair, welding, carpentry, and general facilities maintenance. Ability to use hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, ohmmeters, pipe wrenches, etc., safely and effectively. Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration with team members.
