This position is based out of Artesia, CA, and services properties within a 25 to 30-mile radius. In this role, you will perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic and excellent hands-on skills.

Manuel Sanchez (562) 577 4174 Key Responsibilities Repair and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Perform drywall repairs, patching, textures, and painting. Handle basic carpentry tasks and appliance troubleshooting. Conduct routine property inspections and preventive maintenance. Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance work orders. Prepare vacant units for new move-ins Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop inventory in clean working order. Clear debris and maintain property curb appeal across all assigned sites.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

2+ years of proven experience in property or building maintenance.

Skills:

Strong hands-on knowledge of basic trades (plumbing, electrical, drywall).

License:

Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Vehicle:

Reliable vehicle required to travel to properties within a 30-mile radius of Artesia.

Tools:

Ownership of basic hand tools preferred.

Availability:

Open to a rotating on-call schedule for 24/7 emergency responses (only during your scheduled rotation week, not all the time).

Physical:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stand, and climb ladders daily.
