Become a Maintenance Technician for Founder's House of Hope! $500 Sign On Bonus (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri, Full-Time) Founder's House of Hope is an assisted living facility for the adult community (ages 18-59) located in Artesia, CA (near Cerritos Mall). We are currently seeking an experienced, results driven and hardworking Maintenance Tech to join our assisted living team. Qualifications (non-negotiable): Able to clear DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance High school diploma or GED required Flexible scheduling. Job Description:
