As a key leader on the job site, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate with clients and project managers, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Duties Lead and supervise fence installation crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installation Oversee quality control measures, inspecting work for compliance with safety standards and client expectations Collaborate with project managers on procurement of materials, and contract adherence Utilize tools such as table saw, grinder, drills, and more Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to facilitate smooth operations Qualifications Proven management and supervising experience within the construction industry, specifically in fencing or related fields Ability to read schematics related to fencing Skilled in budgeting, contracts management, and quality control processes Experience with installing vinyl fences, gates, and patios Join us as a Fence Installer where your expertise will shape successful projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
