We have a consistent need for a wide range of maintenance, repair, and light construction tasks across our portfolio of properties.
Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): General repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.) Appliance troubleshooting and minor repairs Property inspections and identifying maintenance needs Preparing properties for showings or new tenants (touch-ups, cleaning, etc.) Small renovation projects Landscaping and exterior maintenance (as needed) Responding to tenant maintenance requests promptly and professionally Transporting materials and tools Other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role Strong knowledge of various repair and maintenance trades Ability to troubleshoot problems and find effective solutions Proficiency in using hand and power tools Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Please reply to this ad with your resume or a detailed description of your experience and skills.
