Sunday•Thursday 9:00 PM•5:30 AM Overview SkillsetGroup is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support a fast-paced manufacturing facility producing personal care and grooming products. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Experience in food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environments is strongly preferred. Candidates with both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills will be highly successful in this role. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Repair mixers, blenders, pumps, conveyors, and related equipment Support CIP systems and sanitation-related equipment Maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and facility systems Read manuals, schematics, and mechanical drawings Document maintenance work and repairs Follow GMP and safety standards at all times Requirements 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with production equipment (mixers, blenders, pumps, conveyors) Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment GMP industry experience preferred (food, cosmetics, pharma, etc.) Preferred Skills Electrical troubleshooting experience HVAC and refrigeration experience CIP system experience
