Schedule:
Monday•Friday | 5:00 AM•1:30 PM Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support production operations in a fast-paced window and door manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and production equipment Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Support installation, setup, and adjustment of production machinery Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, calipers, and other measuring instruments Work with CNC equipment and automated machinery as needed Assist with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming support (Allen Bradley / Siemens preferred) Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures Communicate equipment issues and maintenance updates to production leadership Qualifications 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in window and door manufacturing preferred Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills Experience working with CNC machinery and automated systems preferred Knowledge of PLC systems (Allen Bradley and Siemens highly preferred) Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Experience using diagnostic and precision tools (multimeters, calipers, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with minimal supervision
