Inventory & Storeroom Management Maintain accurate inventory levels of spare parts, consumables, and MRO supplies within the maintenance storeroom Receive, inspect, and log incoming parts and materials; verify accuracy against purchase orders Organize and label inventory to ensure efficient storage and retrieval Perform cycle counts and periodic physical inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels Identify and report obsolete, expired, or damaged materials for proper disposition CMMS Administration Enter, update, and maintain inventory and parts data within a CMMS (e.g., Click-It, Redzone, SAP PM, Maximo, MP2, eMaint, Fiix, or similar) Create and manage detailed parts records, including part numbers, descriptions, vendors, lead times, and reorder points Process work order part requests; issue parts to technicians and allocate them to the appropriate work orders Generate reports on inventory usage, stock levels, and reorder alerts Support maintenance planning by assisting with Bill of Materials (BOM) development for critical equipment Maintain and update spare parts lists linked to asset records Purchasing & Vendor Coordination Initiate purchase requisitions for stock and non-stock parts Obtain quotes from approved vendors and assist in vendor selection based on cost, lead time, and quality Monitor and follow up on open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors Identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor consolidation and alternative sourcing Support to Maintenance Team Respond quickly to parts requests to minimize equipment downtime Coordinate expedited orders for critical or emergency needs Stage parts kits in advance for planned maintenance work orders Assist in identifying parts using manuals, drawings, and vendor resources when not listed in the CMMS Safety & Compliance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom environment Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials in compliance with OSHA and safety guidelines Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements Maintain and manage Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all applicable materials Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Program Support Maintain and support the LOTO program in compliance with

OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147

Ensure LOTO procedures are current, accurate, and accessible Monitor and maintain inventory of LOTO supplies (locks, tags, hasps, stations) Coordinate replenishment and replacement of missing or damaged devices Assist with periodic audits and updates to equipment-specific LOTO procedures Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned to support maintenance and production operations Assist with onboarding and training of staff on storeroom procedures and CMMS usage Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control and organization Participate in cross-functional meetings with maintenance, production, and purchasing teams Help develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) Coordinate returns of defective or warranty parts and track replacements or credits Support capital projects and equipment commissioning by sourcing and staging materials

Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
