We are looking for a positive upbeat individual with a combination of sales and management skills. We train on site with our programs. Qualified candidate will have the following: Detail oriented person Punctual individual Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Word, and Excel Ability to close transactions on most phone calls Able to collect rent, late rents/late payments Accurate bookkeeping/accounting abilities Ability to problem solve Ability to assist in maintenance work Ability to lift 40 lbs Need person with "sound" transportation and good driving record for travel to bank, etc. We are looking for someone who is seeking long term employment with the possibility of further advancement. Someone who is serious minded but handles pressure well in a relaxed manner.
