Fence Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fence Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing various types of fences, ensuring safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Your expertise will help enhance property boundaries, privacy, and security for our clients. Duties Measure and mark fence lines accurately according to project specifications and property boundaries Prepare the site by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting posts using hand tools and power tools Assemble fence panels, posts, gates, and other components with precision and care Use welding techniques when necessary to reinforce fence structures or repair existing fences Operate heavy machinery and equipment such as post drivers, concrete mixers, and landscape tools to facilitate installation Ensure all fencing is securely anchored in concrete or other foundations, maintaining structural integrity Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to meet safety standards and client expectations Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials properly Qualifications Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades with a focus on fence installation preferred Strong knowledge of frame carpentry, masonry, concrete forming, and finishing techniques Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery safely and effectively Physical stamina for heavy lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Familiarity with landscape maintenance and hardscape installation is a plus Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols throughout all phases of work Prior experience working on construction sites or with masonry projects highly desirable Join our team to build durable fences that stand the test of time!
