Job Description

Double A Home Services is hiring motivated Field Sales Representatives to help homeowners maintain clean, safe, and properly maintained swimming pools through professional pool cleaning and maintenance services. This is a performance-based sales role where income is directly tied to results. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, speaking with homeowners, and building their own success in the field.
Compensation:
Performance-based commission structure Earnings based on completed pool service accounts Competitive commission per new customer Uncapped earning potential Fast onboarding and training provided
What You'll Do:
Work assigned residential neighborhoods with pools Speak directly with homeowners about pool cleaning and maintenance needs Present service plans and pricing options Close new pool service accounts in the field Build recurring monthly customer relationships Represent Double A Home Services professionally in the community
