Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our industrial manufacturing environment. This role requires electromechanical knowledge and experience with industrial equipment to identify and troubleshoot machine issues, replace mechanical parts, and electronic components. You will be involved in reading diagrams, troubleshooting industrial equipment, and working with collation inserting machines, bearings, shafts, and PLCs. Responsibilities Identify and troubleshoot issues with industrial equipment. Replace mechanical parts and electronic components as needed. Read and interpret diagrams. Perform maintenance on collation inserting machines. Work with bearings, shafts, and PLCs. Conduct preventive maintenance and repair machinery. Ensure efficient operation of equipment through regular checks and maintenance. Essential Skills Strong electromechanical knowledge. Proven experience in troubleshooting industrial equipment. Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams. Skills in PLC troubleshooting and control. Experience with preventive maintenance and repair of machinery. Understanding of 3-phase electrical systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Experience with collation inserting machines, bearings, shafts, and PLCs.
