Responsibilities for Entry Specialist

• Report 15 minutes prior to gate opening and report to Lead at the gate
• Wear assigned uniform/vest
• Support Lead as needed
• Arrange 2 tables for search area
• Make sure IPad or screen is ready and visible
• Check any spectator bag or person if they are referred from the Lead or an alert from the Evolve System
• Once spectator is clear, have the spectator enter the game
• If there is any indication of a weapon, call the Officer immediately. The Officer will handle all weapons.
• If there are any issues or concerns, contact the Lead, Officer, and/or Admin on duty at the gate.
• Assist in clean up as assigned Evolve Detection System and Responsibilities The Evolve System will be used at all Varsity level football games for the 2025-26 season.

If there is a JV/VAR game, back-to-back, on the same night, then the Evolve System will be used for entry into the JV game and Varsity game. We will have 2 levels of staff at the gate operating the Evolve System including 1 officer at each gate along with appropriate admin support. The 2 levels of Event Staff that will be operating the Evolve System will be a Lead and Entry Specialist. We will have 1 Lead and 2 Event Specialist at each gate. In addition, we will have 1 Officer at each gate to support the Event Staff. Administration will also be required to support this team at the gates. Equipment needed at each gate
