Job Description

GP Landscape, a full service landscape company is currently seeking a highly skilled Irrigation Technician.
Job Responsibilities:
Able to work independently, proactively and safely while meeting the highest quality standards. Inspect, program, adjust and repair irrigation systems (valves, controllers, mainlines and laterals). Maintain safety standards all the time. Complete service requests in a timely manner. Monitor inventory and be responsible for all billing of the work performed. Attend after hours emergency calls when needed. Perform additional grounds care tasks when required.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of all phases of irrigation systems including: operation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance. A minimum of three (3) years irrigation experience is required. Demonstrated knowledge of valve repair, mainlines, laterals, wire tracing, as well as controller operation and back flow troubleshooting and repairs. General knowledge of landscape maintenance. Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record. Ability to work with Managers and other co-workers. Excellent communication skill (strong verbal and written).
