Lead Sign Installer

Temeka Group is a leading designer and manufacturer of architectural and sales floor signage and fixtures headquartered in Corona, California. The company is experiencing tremendous growth, we are seeking motivated, talented and detail-oriented associates for our Sign Installation Team Responsibilities Install signs, flags, graphics, furnishing and displays according to specifications and design plans, ensuring proper alignment and visibility. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper distribution to designated areas. Preform manual labor for site preparation such as digging holes. Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and timelines. Adhere to safety regulations and best practices during installation processes. Conduct regular maintenance checks on installed signs to ensure longevity and performance. Driving to job sites Operate boom and scissor lifts Qualifications Proficient in using hand tools including drills, saws, shovels, diggers, pry bars, power augers, hammers, wrenches, levels, squares and other related construction tools Strong understanding of sign installation techniques and materials Ability to follow detailed written instructions, maps and read basic construction plans Finish carpentry and basic construction skills needed Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 21+ and have a valid Driver's License with a CLEAN driving record, no major violations Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed Ability to operate boom and scissor lifts while implementing safe work practices
