Spa Maintenance Technician

Do you enjoy staying active, working with your hands and being outdoors? Paradise Valley Spas is looking for motivated, enthusiastic people to join our service team. As a spa maintenance technician, you will be traveling daily to customer residences to perform general maintenance on backyard hot tubs. Your job is to complete maintenance tasks and effectively communicate progress/issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Service spa equipment thoroughly and efficiently. Provide customers with exceptional spa maintenance and repair. Respond promptly to new work orders Efficiently troubleshoot maintenance issues. Fully document all completed work, with details to create service invoices. Communicate with customers to schedule and complete work. Maintain the service schedule on a daily basis. Maintain the cleanliness and order of company service vehicles on a daily basis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Familiarity with basic tools; drill, wrenches, etc. Complete general handyman work; troubleshooting and repairing minor electrical and plumbing issues. Maintain strong problem solving skills. Be a reliable, self-starter Maintain strong attention to detail. Possess excellent customer service skills. Have basic computer knowledge Demonstrate organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions. Ability to drive to customer residences.
