The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. This role requires a strong understanding of pool maintenance techniques, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance on swimming pools, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections. Utilize hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks. Diagnose issues with pool equipment and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while working on-site. Maintain accurate records of service visits, including work performed and any recommendations for future maintenance. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on pool status and address any concerns. Stay informed about new products, techniques, and technologies in pool maintenance. Skills Proven experience as a service technician in pool maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment. Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to perform routine pool cleaning tasks efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in maintaining pools. Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
