Shift:
Full Time, Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00pm-5:30am

Position Responsibilities:
Performs preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment to meet required regulations and scheduling Perform building related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/ power installations, and lighting repair Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including a forklift and other heavy equipment Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team with respect to repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts and incident reports when necessary Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 to 2 years of related experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
