AllSafe Medical Group operates nine clinic locations across the Los Angeles area and is looking for a reliable, skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our spaces clean, safe, and fully functional. This dual-role position combines nightly janitorial duties with daytime facility maintenance and repairs — making it ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in quality work and can manage their time independently across multiple sites. This is not a basic custodial role. We need someone with real trade experience who can handle everything from a leaky faucet to a drywall patch to an HVAC filter swap — and still show up each evening ready to leave every clinic spotless. Nightly cleaning ( 7 Locations) Vacuuming (carpeted areas) Sweeping and mopping hard floors Cleaning and disinfecting counters, desks, and surfaces Emptying and replacing trash liners Daytime facility maintenance Electrical Flooring and/or Carpet Painting and drywall patching Plumbing Door hardware and knob replacement Light bulb and fixture replacement Framing and carpentry HVAC What we're looking for Proven, hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or a related trade — this is a must Proficiency across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, HVAC, flooring, etc.) Owns a personal set of tools suitable for the work described Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license — travel between our LA-area locations is required Comfortable working independently and managing a nightly cleaning schedule across multiple sites Able to pass a background check prior to employment (required for healthcare facility access) Strong attention to detail and a professional, respectful presence in medical environments Why join AllSafe Medical Group You'll have consistent, stable work across a growing network of clinics — with the variety of a maintenance role and the reliability of a long-term position. Pay:
$25.00 - $31.00 per hour
