Job Description

First Pointe Management Group (FPMG) specializes in acquiring and developing distinctive properties. Our hands on management approach, professionalism and diverse portfolio enables us to create a unique position in the industry.
What you will do:
We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic full time Maintenance Technician for our 344 unit apartment community located in Folsom, Ca. As a key part of the community's success, you have a hand in every resident's satisfaction. You are personable, talented, tech savvy and skilled with an eye for detail and quality with a pro-active approach to preventative work. Each day is different, suggesting the need to prioritize tasks, be creative and use the initiative to problem solve. Your professionalism and follow through with residents make you a conqueror! Will have on an on-call rotation.
Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday from 8am to 5pm. What you will
Bring:
Solid understanding of maintenance in residential property management field: plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry and painting. Highly organized to handle work at a fast pace, efficiently with follow through and an eye for detail. Proactive approach to handle anything that comes your way, especially when it comes to emergencies and after hour calls Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work after hours for on-call emergencies as part of the on-call rotation.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as the candidate's experience and qualifications. #HP1
