Hourly Pay Range:
$29.26- $31.
Performance Bonus:
Eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus π‘ Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off and more What You'll Do β Perform plant troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations. β Rebuild and align rotating equipment, including pumps and other mechanical systems. β Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain detailed equipment files. β Maintain sufficient spare parts inventory and keep maintenance shop and storage areas clean and organized. β Assist in developing and improving plant maintenance procedures. β Troubleshoot and mitigate plant process issues in partnership with operations. β If experienced, support fabrication and equipment repair using Stick (SMAW), TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding techniques on stainless steel and carbon steel. β CompleteHAZWOPER
training and properly contain, clean, package and label hazardous waste in compliance with OSHA, EPA, RCRA, HM-126 and DOT regulations. β Conduct all business in a professional manner aligned with company values and integrity.Profile What You'll Bring:
β High School Diploma or GED is required β A strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting skills β Experience in plant maintenance (pumps, tank agitators, conveyors, elevators) preferred. β Welding experience with stainless steel and carbon steel using Stick (SMAW), TIG (GTAW), and/or MIG (GMAW) is highly preferred but not required. β Strong mathematical and analytical skills. β Basic knowledge of chemistry is a plus. β Ability to communicate professionally with team members at all levels. β Computer proficiency, including MS Office and SAP. β Knowledge of HAZWOPER, OSHA, PSM, RCRA and DOT regulations preferred. β Willingness to work an 8-hour day shift (with weekends/overtime as needed) or 12-hour rotating swing shift (days/nights/weekends/holidays as scheduled; training on 8-hour schedule) β Ability to lift 50 pounds routinely and walk up to ΒΌ mile throughout the workday.
