Compensation & Benefits 💵

Hourly Pay Range:

$29.26

21 per hour (based on experience, skills and qualifications) 🎯

Eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus 🛡 Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off and more What You'll Do ✅ Perform plant troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations. ✅ Rebuild and align rotating equipment, including pumps and other mechanical systems. ✅ Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain detailed equipment files. ✅ Maintain sufficient spare parts inventory and keep maintenance shop and storage areas clean and organized. ✅ Assist in developing and improving plant maintenance procedures. ✅ Troubleshoot and mitigate plant process issues in partnership with operations. ✅ If experienced, support fabrication and equipment repair using Stick (SMAW), TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding techniques on stainless steel and carbon steel. ✅ Complete

Profile What You'll Bring:

✔ High School Diploma or GED is required ✔ A strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting skills ✔ Experience in plant maintenance (pumps, tank agitators, conveyors, elevators) preferred. ✔ Welding experience with stainless steel and carbon steel using Stick (SMAW), TIG (GTAW), and/or MIG (GMAW) is highly preferred but not required. ✔ Strong mathematical and analytical skills. ✔ Basic knowledge of chemistry is a plus. ✔ Ability to communicate professionally with team members at all levels. ✔ Computer proficiency, including MS Office and SAP. ✔ Knowledge of HAZWOPER, OSHA, PSM, RCRA and DOT regulations preferred. ✔ Willingness to work an 8-hour day shift (with weekends/overtime as needed) or 12-hour rotating swing shift (days/nights/weekends/holidays as scheduled; training on 8-hour schedule) ✔ Ability to lift 50 pounds routinely and walk up to ¼ mile throughout the workday.
