Maintenance Technician

Apply for tomorrow's opportunity today, with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for a Maintenance Technician in Lake Forest, CA. As a Maintenance Technician you will: Troubleshoot and repair CNC Machines, EDM, compressors, dryers, manual mills and lathes, and welding equipment. Perform preventive maintenance on all systems, including pneumatics and hydraulics. Provide forklift service and assist with machine moving and leveling. Conduct electrical troubleshooting and diagnose issues with motor controls, DC controls, AC controls, and CNC controls. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to keep our operations running smoothly. Must have exp with repair and troubleshooting to industrial MFG machinery. Expertly change sprockets, belts, and bearings to keep our machinery in top shape. Service a variety of equipment including exhaust fans, compressors, dryers, welding equipment. This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing a diverse range of machinery including CNC machines, compressors, and welding equipment, while also conducting preventive maintenance. Experience troubleshooting CNC machines, wiring machinery, and making repairs to electrical components. Experience with motor controls, both DC and AC. Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams. Familiarity with material handling equipment, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance procedures.

Pay Range:
