As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands-on, dependable, and versatile team member to support both warehouse operations and field projects. One day you may be receiving inventory, another day installing showroom displays, assembling cabinetry, making local deliveries, assisting with plumbing fixture installations, or helping prepare a trade show booth. Your Day Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and warehouse organization. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Load and unload products safely and efficiently. Assemble vanities, cabinetry, mirrors, and showroom displays. Assist with showroom improvements, remodeling projects, and display installations. Perform painting, patching, touch-up, and finishing work. Assist with installation and replacement of plumbing fixtures including faucets, sinks, drains, shower systems, and accessories. Perform light carpentry, cabinet modifications, and general construction-related tasks. Make local deliveries to customers, builders, designers, and showrooms. Support trade show setup, teardown, and logistics. You Must Have Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, construction, cabinetry, remodeling, plumbing, painting, or related trades. Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 60 pounds. Experience using hand tools and power tools. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Valid California driver's license. Basic computer skills including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Preferred Knowledge & Skills Cabinet installation or finish carpentry experience. Plumbing fixture installation experience. Painting and drywall repair experience. Forklift experience. Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems. Construction, remodeling, or handyman background.
