Position Overview:
As a Pool Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the proper maintenance, cleaning, and repair of commercial and residential pools and uphold our standards of excellence. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on swimming pools, including cleaning, vacuuming, and skimming to maintain optimal water quality. Test and balance pool chemicals to ensure safe and comfortable swimming conditions for clients. Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters for proper functionality and perform necessary repairs or replacements as needed. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with pool systems and equipment, providing effective solutions to ensure efficient operation. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, chemical levels, and equipment inspections. Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns, answer questions, and provide guidance on pool maintenance and care. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Provide summary reports outlining services rendered for the day.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in pool maintenance, repair, or a related field preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
