Full-Time | Direct Hire About the Opportunity A well-established property management organization is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a 69-unit residential community in Los Angeles. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and long-term growth potential. We are looking for a hands-on maintenance professional who is proactive, dependable, and capable of handling a variety of repair and maintenance tasks while providing excellent service to residents.
