Position Summary The Facility Maintenance QA/QC Administrator is responsible for administering quality assurance and quality control programs across all facility maintenance operations. This role ensures that preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities are properly generated, planned, executed, documented, and audited through the CMMS and BMS systems. This position combines office-based administrative responsibilities with field activities, including visual and hands-on inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building envelope systems. This is a salaried role that participates in rotating shifts and on-call coverage as required. Key Activities and Responsibilities Administer and maintain the facility QA/QC program to ensure compliance with contract requirements, OEM standards, OSHA regulations, and building codes. Review, audit, and validate preventive and corrective maintenance work orders in the CMMS. Perform routine QA/QC inspections of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems. Verify proper execution of PM tasks and ensure required documentation is accurately completed. Utilize the CMMS to track asset condition, deficiencies, corrective actions, and performance trends. Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to resolve QA/QC deficiencies. Support development and enforcement of SOPs, PM standards, and inspection checklists. Assist with regulatory inspections, audits, and client reviews. Maintain detailed QA/QC records using CMMS and Microsoft Office tools. Participate in rotating shifts, on-call rotation, and emergency response support. Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations. Required Experience Associate or technical degree in facility maintenance, engineering, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial facility maintenance or QA/QC roles. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems. Experience using CMMS platforms for work order management and reporting. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and applicable building codes. Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check. Required Skills and Abilities Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset. Excellent organizational, documentation, and time management skills. Effective communication skills across technicians, vendors, and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to learn and use CMMS and facility management software. Ability to perform visual and hands-on inspections and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations. Spanish language skills preferred. Professional demeanor with high ethical standards.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE
$29.66-$37.03 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
