We would like to meet you! We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated individual who takes pride in their work. Position Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, your primary role will be to support our on-site maintenance team in maintaining the safety, appearance, and functionality of our properties. You'll assist with a variety of projects and repairs as needed, helping us meet the increasing maintenance demands across the company. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as priorities and tasks may shift frequently. We would like to talk to you!
Key Responsibilities:
General maintenance and upkeep of residential properties Assist with service requests and preventative maintenance Ensure properties remain clean, functional, and well-maintained Collaborate with the maintenance team on larger projects Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed Communicate with Property Manager and Onsite staff of day to day tasks
Preferred Skills & Experience:
We're looking for candidates with experience in the following areas: Painting Minor electrical work Plumbing repairs Appliance troubleshooting and repair Basic carpentry Pool care and maintenance
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years' experience in multifamily housing maintenance (preferred) Valid driver's license, a registered vehicle, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Will participate in an on-call rotation (two weeks every six weeks) and provide occasional coverage outside standard hours
