Job Description

Job Title:
Maintenance Technician / Machine Operator Job Summary This role combines machine operation and maintenance in a manufacturing environment. You will run production equipment, perform basic repairs, and help keep machines operating safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machines to ensure quality and efficiency Perform routine maintenance and equipment inspections Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues Assist with machine setups and changeovers Perform preventative maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, inspections) Identify worn or damaged parts and coordinate replacements Maintain maintenance logs and work orders Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout Keep work area clean and organized (5S standards) Collaborate with production and maintenance teams Requirements 3+ years of maintenance, industrial technician, or machine operator experience Strong mechanical skills (motors, belts, bearings, chains, etc.) Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical systems Ability to read blueprints and schematics Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics Experience with process improvements or equipment upgrades Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr. 100% employer‑paid medical coverage for employees 50% employer‑paid coverage for dependents Dental and vision insurance Paid holidays and PTO 401(k) plan Stable Monday-Friday schedule (no rotating shifts) Long‑term career growth in a well‑established manufacturing environment Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Napa,CA.
