Job Description

Aguilar Pool service is seeking a reliable and hardworking Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, brushing, and vacuuming. Test and balance pool chemicals. Add chlorine tablets and other necessary chemicals. Inspect pool equipment and report any issues. Maintain accurate service records. Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients. Ensure all routes are completed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong work ethic and reliability. Good time management and organizational skills. Experience in pool service is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
