• We are looking for an experienced maintenance/handyman who is dependable and hardworking.

We have locations in Orange, Costa Mesa, Sunset Beach and, Oceanside, with more to come! GCBC has a multitude of ongoing projects from small to large and needs someone adept in handling basic repairs, cosmetic upkeep, and simple appliance installations. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of the team, friendly and responsive. You will travel from each location based on project needs Complete tasks per management's request in a timely manner Complete general maintenance work Move heavy furniture, appliances, and equipment Paint surfaces, Drywall, patching Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment, or appliances when necessary. Basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC knowledge Able to perform basic mathematical calculations and convert measurements.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required. A minimum of 5+ years' working experience in a similar role Comfortable using hand tools and power tools. Able to follow written and verbal instructions. Through text messaging, and other forms of company software. Must be organized, detail-oriented and have good communication skills. A problem solver! Valid Driver's License Must be willing to work in all three locations. CA state handyman license or other trade license

Compensation:

$24

• $30 DOE
• Negotiable depending on experience Working Hours
• approximately 30 to 45 per week Hours, days will be based on projects, needs of locations
