Job Description
We have an immediate opening for part time skilled apartment maintenance technician in Oroville. This position would require you to live on site, and rent is included in compensation. This position requires organization, self-motivation, and initiative. Will be responsible for maintenance at various properties and requires reliable transportation , valid CDL and insurance. Must be experienced in painting, electrical, carpentry, appliances, plumbing, drywall, HVAC and general building maintenance. Work for an established, professional, customer-service oriented property management company with pride of ownership properties.
