Position Overview This position begins as a part-time role (1-2 days per week) with the opportunity to expand into additional days, increased responsibilities, and a potential full-time career as the company continues to grow. No previous pool service experience is required. We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. What We Offer Starting pay of $22.00-$26.00 per hour Paid training and one-on-one mentorship Business mileage reimbursement while using your personal vehicle Professional tools and equipment provided Company shirts provided Paid company holiday closures (subject to company policy) Performance-based raises Clear opportunities for advancement as the company grows Responsibilities Clean and maintain residential swimming pools and spas Test, balance, and maintain water chemistry Empty skimmer and pump baskets Brush pool surfaces, tile, and spa walls Vacuum pools as needed Inspect equipment and identify potential issues Report repair recommendations when needed Complete service documentation using company software Represent Giuseppe's Pool & Spa professionally at every customer's home Required Qualifications Valid California driver's license Reliable pickup truck or other vehicle with sufficient cargo space to safely transport pool service equipment and supplies Current auto insurance Smartphone capable of running company software Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently after training Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Pool service experience Mechanical aptitude Customer service experience Basic plumbing or equipment repair knowledge Who We're Looking For We're hiring for attitude, professionalism, and reliability.
