Vehicle & Equipment At this time, the technician will need to provide their own reliable vehicle . Equipment can be provided if needed. All company chemicals are purchased and accounted for through our distributor accounts, including PEP, SEP, and Glenridge . As the route and working relationship grow, there may be an opportunity for a company vehicle and additional responsibilities. Other Pool Routes / Employment If you currently service your own pools or work with another company, that is not automatically a problem. We simply ask for transparency so schedules, customers, equipment, and company-provided chemicals remain properly accounted for. Opportunity to Grow This position currently starts with a two-day route, but we are actively growing. For the right technician, there is an opportunity to build an entirely new route, take on repair and installation work, earn additional incentives, and potentially turn this into a full-time position.
