Building Maintenance Engineer Holiday Inn Redding Redding, CA Job Details $20 an hour 10 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. Compensation:

Hourly Responsibilities:
Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and good driving record required Experience with facilities management software is preferred Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills About Company Our Redding Hotel is near the Shasta Cascade Region. The Holiday Inn Hotel and Convention Center Redding is centrally located within Shasta County businesses and attractions, offering the perfect location for corporate and leisure travelers alike. The hotel has a little over 8,000 square feet of customizable event and meeting space.
