We are looking for a full-time Window & Door Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, service technicians, vendors, sales teams, and internal partners by coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, providing updates, and helping ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Job Description:
Receive, process, and coordinate service requests for window and door evaluations and repairs. Schedule service appointments and support efficient routing and timely response to customer needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, including service history, customer interactions, work performed, follow-up actions, and customer information in company systems. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure they have the information, materials, and support needed to complete service tasks effectively. Communicate with customers regarding service request status, scheduling updates, and other relevant information. Address and resolve customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with customers, vendors, sales teams, and internal partners to support a seamless customer experience from sale through service. Assist in the development and implementation of service procedures and standards to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor service activity and performance metrics and help identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain current knowledge of window and door products, installation practices, and common service issues. Support training and onboarding of new service technicians and service coordinators, as needed. Perform additional duties and assignments as needed to support service operations and customer needs. Required Qualifications / Experience High school diploma or equivalent. 2-4 years of experience in customer service, scheduling, coordination, or a related role. Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in field service software and other web-based platforms. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Basic knowledge of window and door products, installation procedures, and common service issues. Ability to work collaboratively with customers, technicians, and internal team members. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the window and door industry or a related construction or building materials environment. Experience coordinating field service, scheduling, or customer support in a service-related role. What makes our Company a great place to work?
