This critical role in ensures that the hotel's facilities are always in top condition, providing a safe and comfortable environment for guests and employees alike. Other key responsibilities include ensuring that all hotel equipment is properly maintained and serviced and implementing preventative maintenance programs. Duties Oversee the maintenance tasks, work orders, and special projects ensuring timely and accurate completion. Respond to guest's maintenance needs promptly and ensure guests receive professional, efficient prompt, and courteous service to hotel standards. Maintain the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the hotel including physical. mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc. Installation & maintenance of all equipment related to PTAC, Fire Safety, etc. Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of PTAC systems, electrical networks, low and high voltage systems, and mechanical equipment Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for audit purposes Implement preventative maintenance programs Ensure the proper use and periodic maintenance of all equipment. Perform daily and weekly property document inspections. Ensure property, grounds, and work areas are maintained to standard and that all safety equipment and conditions are to code. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to high voltage, low voltage, and industrial maintenance procedures Establish and maintain department equipment and supply inventory levels appropriate to property requirements Coordinate repair projects, upgrades, and installations with external contractors Experience Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in PTAC systems and electrical work (including high and low voltage) Fluency in English is required for effective communication within diverse teams.
