Start Building a Route. If you already know how to clean and service pools, we have the customers. Quantum Blue Pools is a growing premium pool service company serving the Sacramento/Placer County region. We handle all the marketing, scheduling, billing, and customer support so you can focus on what you do best: keeping pools clean. We're looking for our first pool technician partner. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with a guaranteed minimum weekly route once onboarded — and a generous revenue structure designed to grow with you. • 700+), filter cleanings ($120), full inspections ($99) Duties Perform routine pool cleaning tasks including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and water balancing, to ensure optimal pool conditions.

Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment such as filters, pumps, heaters, and chlorinators to identify issues early. Use hand tools and power tools to perform minor repairs and maintenance on pool equipment and systems. Maintain accurate service records and communicate any necessary repairs or parts replacements to clients or supervisors. Follow safety protocols diligently during all service activities to ensure a safe working environment. Manage your schedule efficiently to complete all scheduled routes on time while providing exceptional customer service. Educate clients on proper pool care practices and recommend additional services when appropriate. What We're Looking For Experience servicing residential pools (required) CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification — preferred, not required Current general liability insurance or a willingness to obtain before starting Familiarity with the Rocklin, Roseville, Granite Bay, Folsom, or Lincoln areas Reliable, professional, and self-motivated — you will be representing our brand Smartphone with ability to use a scheduling app and submit photo proof of service Mechanical knowledge with experience handling pool equipment and basic repairs. Familiarity with pool maintenance tasks such as water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning procedures. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail to ensure pools are maintained according to industry standards. Excellent time management skills to handle consistent weekly routes independently.
