PAY:
$58.61/hour w/
Union Benefits Shift:
M-F 6a-230p I. Job Summary Maintains the working areas on an orderly basis and provides customer service II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide day to day assistance to the Facilities Manager Coordinate internal work order requests generated through FAST Responds promptly to requests for building maintenance, repairs, cleaning needs, moving assistance, etc., in a cost-effective manner Process building maintenance work orders and keep accurate records Ensures facility adheres to established company standards for design changes, aesthetics, furniture, maintenance, supplies, chargebacks, and equipment Assists in maintaining accurate space plans and seating charts of all employees and floors Assist in coordination of third-party mailroom and food service staff to ensure assigned tasks are completed Assist with the control of the Building Control Keys for offices and cubes Perform furniture movement, employee relocation assistance and in-house material relocation Coordinate all vendor and building maintenance problems for quick resolution for employees Organize and maintain Facilities storerooms on designated floors including the purchasing and inventory of supplies Assist in coordination of employee relocations Report maintenance and safety issues Maintain facilities vendors list Protection of Company Assets and well-being of all occupants III. Qualifications A. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (accredited) 1 year previous experience. B. Preferred Qualifications IV. This job operates in both inside garage, shop or gas plant conditions as well as in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity. This role is designated as safety sensitive and will require the successful candidate to strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols. The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $58.61 This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
