Reports To:

Director of Maintenance Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician 3 at Wolfe & Associates, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills in general repairs and maintenance while working in a dynamic team environment. Under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance, you'll complete assigned tasks through service orders and benefit from a supportive team and opportunities for advancement.

Core Skills:

Expertise in general repairs and maintenance. Adaptability and flexibility in adjusting to changing priorities and meeting deadlines. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in reading and writing English, with legible handwriting. Experience with flat cement work, foundation and layout, basic blueprint understanding, framing, carpentry, electrical troubleshooting, basic plumbing, tile work, drywall, stucco, finish carpentry, window and door installation, roofing, waterproofing, and router work.

Projects:

Kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Tenant improvement work. Tub and shower replacement, and more.
