Santa Clara, CA Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off 401(k) 4% Match 401(k) matching Qualifications Corrective maintenance operations Industrial equipment troubleshooting Equipment malfunction response Machine maintenance Hand tools Mechanical troubleshooting Full Job Description Established precision machine shop seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot CNC machining equipment and support shop operations. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair CNC mills, lathes, and shop equipment Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment Maintain coolant systems, lubrication systems, and air systems Repair or replace motors, pumps, sensors, switches, belts, bearing, etc. Support operators and programmers with machine-related issues Coordinate outside service vendors when needed Help minimize machine downtime and keep production running efficiently Preferred Experience Experience working in CNC machine shop enviroments Familiarity with Fanuc, or similar controls Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Knowledge of 3-phase power and industrial electrical systems Welding/fabrication experience is a plus Ability to operate forklifts and basic shop equipment preferred Qualifications Strong troubleshooting ability Self-motivated and dependable Able to work independently Good communication skills Must have own basic tools We Offer Stable long-term employment Clean professional shop environment Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Supportive team atmosphere
