Industrial Maintenance Technician -Catalina Home / Artistry Wood Flooring Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 (West Coast Office & Distribution Warehouse) About the Role We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in Santa Fe Springs. This hands-on role is critical to keeping our high-volume hardwood flooring production running smoothly. You will maintain and troubleshoot our UV finishing line , air compressors, forklifts, spray lines, and various woodworking machines, while also supporting daily production line setup and readiness. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on the UV finishing line for hardwood flooring (including rollers, conveyors, UV curing systems, and related components). Maintain industrial air compressors , pneumatic systems, and related equipment. Service and repair forklifts and other material handling equipment. Troubleshoot and maintain spray lines and coating application systems. Repair and maintain woodworking machines (sanders, vacuum systems, saws, shaper table, etc.). Assist in preparing production lines for daily runs, including setup, calibration, and changeovers. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Maintain accurate maintenance records, parts inventory, and safety documentation. Work closely with production manager to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance. Support general facility maintenance as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in woodworking, finishing, or manufacturing environments. Experience with forklifts (certification a plus). Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and OEM manuals. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Basic electrical, welding, and fabrication skills preferred. Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Flexible schedule - occasional overtime or weekend availability may be required. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship preferred. What We Offer $25 - $30 hourly pay based on experience. Hands-on work with modern woodworking and UV finishing technology a plus but not required. Supportive team environment focused on quality hardwood flooring products.

Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
