This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who takes pride in delivering high‑quality maintenance work and excellent service to residents.

Opportunity Type:
Contract or Contract‑to‑Hire Responsibilities Complete work orders efficiently and professionally Perform skilled maintenance tasks, including: HVAC troubleshooting and repair (EPA certification required) Electrical repairs Plumbing repairs Appliance diagnostics and repair Carpentry and general maintenance Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards Requirements EPA or HVAC certification required Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of general and advanced maintenance functions Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented Strong communication and customer service skills BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
