We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our food manufacturing facility in Stockton. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of production equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to food safety and workplace safety standards.

Schedule:

Monday Friday, 7: 00 AM 3: 30 PM Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues and perform repairs in a timely manner Support production teams by minimizing equipment downtime and ensuring operational efficiency Inspect machinery and systems to identify potential issues before failure occurs Assist with installation, setup, and modification of equipment as needed Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and repair documentation Follow all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), OSHA, and food safety regulations Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests Work collaboratively with production and quality assurance teams Qualifications Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (food manufacturing preferred) Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills;basic electrical knowledge preferred Familiarity with conveyors, packaging equipment, motors, pumps, and pneumatic systems Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Understanding of food safety standards and GMP compliance Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance AD&D coverage Paid sick leave Full Steam Staffing will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act.
