Role:

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Mechanic III to join our client's site in Temecula, California. This role will support the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of manufacturing machinery and mechanical equipment while working independently with minimal supervision. The position also supports project activities according to management timelines and requires maintaining equipment in good working condition. Extrusion and E-beam experience are a plus. Candidates with manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or military mechanical experience are encouraged to apply.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Work independently with minimal supervision. Keep machinery and mechanical equipment in good repair. Examine, troubleshoot, and dismantle machinery to make necessary adjustments. Complete preventive maintenance activities. Complete project activities based on management timelines.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience maintaining and repairing machinery and mechanical equipment. Experience troubleshooting and making mechanical adjustments. Experience performing preventive maintenance. Apprenticeship, or equivalent training and experience, may be required. Manufacturing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
